A Message from Brother Emanuel:
IT MIGHT BE LATER THAN YOU THINK!
Last night, my wife Pam and I
went to bed with the intention of getting up early and responding to some
needs. However, we fell asleep and when we awoke, we discovered that it was
later than we thought. Recently, the frequent expression of many people is that
they did not realize it was so late, and that time seems to be flying away.
With the sudden storms, and the signs of the times, it is apparent that for
many of us, it might be later than we think before the Lord Jesus comes again
for His redeemed ones.
Over nineteen hundred years
ago, Paul reminded the saints at Rome to be ready for the coming of the Lord
Jesus- "and
do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep, for
now is our salvation nearer than when we first believed. The night is far
spent, the day is at hand therefore, Let us cast off the works of darkness, and
let us put on the armour of light. "Rom. 13:11,12 NKJ. It is not enough to be aware
of the times in which we are living, but there is a sense of urgency to not
only wake up, and get up, but to be dressed up with the armor of light that
displays the Lord Jesus. It might be later than we think to surrender ourselves
and all to the Lord Jesus Christ. This troubled world is not our final home. We
are not only looking unto the hills, but to the "land that is fairer than
day" - to be with our Lord forever in heaven. Therefore, Paul says, "I
beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God that you present your
bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God which is your reasonable
service." Rom 5: 5; Mt. 5: 16.
If you do not know the Lord, it is time for
salvation. With the increased sudden deaths, it might soon be too late to be
saved from a lost eternity of torment in the lake of fire. But the good news is
that salvation is in the now for you. The Bible declares that all have sinned
and under the sentence of death; but God has shown His love to us in that while
we were sinners, Christ died for us. Christ not only died for us and shed His
blood for our sins, but He was buried, rose again, ascended into Heaven and is
coming again for all who by faith receive Him as Lord and Savior. God has
declared that now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Whoever
hesitates, might be lost, but you can be saved and be assured of heaven right
now by faith, accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Rom. 3:23; 5:8; 1 Cor.
15: 3,4; Jn. 1:12; 2 Cor. 6:2. Emanuel

The Witness of The Word
The following vital subjects are for sparking interest in the Word of God, and ".. building us up in our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost" to the end that the Kingdom of God may be enlarged through personal witnessing
Gods Salvation Command
Isaiah 55:1-3: Ho, every one
that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy,
and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and
your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me,
and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in
fatness. Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul
shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the
sure mercies of David.
Isaiah 55: 6-7 Seek ye the
LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: Let
the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him
return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he
will abundantly pardon.
Revelation 3:20: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and
open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Universality of Sin
Isaiah 53:6 All we like
sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD
hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
….
Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as
by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed
upon all men, for that all have sinned:
I John 1:8 If we say that
we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
